  1. his product is designed to be quickly replaceable after being broken in a collision. The joint between the bottom of the fire hydrant and the body is attached by a flange and screw bolts. As such, the stress at the joint is less than the stress which is required to break the body. In addition, a main water valve that is controlled by the water pressure is installed at the bottom. When the fire hydrant is broken apart by an external force, it will break at the expected joint, and the main water valve is able to stop the water from leaking. This design is beneficial for repair and replacement without having to close the water pump which would affect other fire equipment.

  2. On top of that, this product also contains a 90° elbow flange fitting, so that various types of fire protection turrets can be attached.

  3. In accordance with Article 42 of Standard for Installation of Fire Safety Equipment Based on Use and Occupancy, effective decompression measures shall be taken when the discharging pressure of outdoor fire hydrant nozzles exceeds 6kgf/cm2 or 0.6Mpa. The automatic decompression device installed on this product can effectively release the pressure below 6kgf/cm2.
